Shipping Information

We currently only delivery to the United Kingdom, some remote areas may be subject to an additional fee.

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and value of your order.

Orders received before midday will be despatched same day, orders after midday will be despatched the next working day depending on stock levels.

We can only deliver to the registered card address on your first order.

We offer two delivery methods, Royal Mail and Courier Delivery.

Royal Mail
We offer Royal Mail delivery on orders under 1.5kg. Royal Mail often deliver next day however please allow 2 - 4 days for your goods to arrive.

Royal Mail delivery cannot be used on orders over £25 which is the maximum level of compensation Royal Mail offer should your order be lost.

Next Day Courier Service
A next day courier service is available on all orders.

All orders before 12:00pm will be despatched same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders after 12:00pm will despatched on the next working day for delivery the day after. Orders after 12:00pm on Friday will be despatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Delivery times are dependant on current stock levels.

Someone must be present to sign for and accept the delivery.


Returns
You may return any unwanted goods to us which are in good, resalable condition and with original packaging, excluding live foods, frozen foods, perishable items or light bulbs/tubes. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and return goods within 14 days.

We are unable to refund delivery costs under any circumstances.
